Integration of Shadow - 5 Week Workshop

Service Description

Owning our own shadow is an important part of self-awareness and healing. We will dive into identifying our triggers, identifying our glimmers, work through appropriate coping mechanisms, shift our mindset from flight to understanding fright, integrate emotional responses in public / everyday life, learn effective ways to track emotions, and more! Completely owning the shadow opposite our ego allows for showing yourself true unconditional love from within. Let's truly LOVE OURSELVES!!!! This workshop includes: Workshop materials, Journal / Workbook Four- 2 hour sessions from 10am to 12pm : Class Dates, Jan 18th, Jan 25th, Feb 8th, Feb 15th ( IF SATURDAY SESSION FILLS, WILL OPEN UP A WEDNESDAY CLASS) Lunch and Tea is included with each class session Guidance, Lectures, and Spiritual Consultation provided by Angela, RN, RMT, LC, ORDM and will be assisted by The Electric Strawberry Staff. Option to Pay per Class at $75 per Session or Pay in Full with discounted rate of $289. You SAVE OVER $400 with either option ( based on current spiritual/ life coaching rate of $105/ hour). $75 Non-Refundable Deposit due at booking.
