Join us for ONE 3 Hour SESSION BELOW. CHOOSE ONE - Fri 11/17 4-7pm OR Sat 11/18 1-4pm Both sessions will include a 25 min salt session, 20 min guided meditation focusing on hearing your inner voice, healthy snack, tea, and a 90 min class where we will: -discuss and identify boundary types -discuss and practice techniques to set healthy boundaries - complete exercises to strengthen self worth. WEAR- comfy clothes, layers recommended BRING- notepad if you choose All sessions guided by Angela, RN specializing in energy therapy, real-world life coaching, Wellness & PTSD management, and halotherapy.
