Mikah has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for approximately 3 years. She is certified in Orthopedic and Somatic Massage and integrates these techniques in her Swedish and deep tissue massages. She believes routine massages in your wellness plan can help you reconnect your soul with your body and help areas that have been ignored.
