By doing so, we can better understand how we make decisions, what triggers our psyche, and understand karmic balances. Hypnotherapy can be used to provide relief from anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including tobacco, sexual dysfunction, undesirable spontaneous behaviors, memory regression, trauma relief, weight loss issues, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, and relationship issues. This form of deep relaxation uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored. Hypnotherapy helps us to bypass the busyness of the conscious mind and get to the root of the issues, in a deeply relaxing way. NOTE: Hypnosis should only be performed by properly trained staff.
